Here we go-June 2, 2011

Welcome to our travel blog dedicated to the journey of 10 Nordhoff students as they make their way across Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic to reunite with their new German friends . We have been preparing for months and on Monday we will finally start our trip. We are busy with last minute preparations, (trying to find a place to put one more pair of socks) and studying up on our destinations. We won't let Icelandic volcanoes or dodgy cucumbers deter us. We are prepared for all contingencies but know the most likely one will just be...fun.  Tomorrow we are getting one last lesson in German culture and customs before we make our final pack. This blog will be kept up by me, Mr. Bohney, and by the the students on the trip. I hope that I have the energy for it, but if I start to ramble, remember I am probably jet lagged and it is after midnight.
