Muching in Munchen

We are here! We left LAX without a hitch and we are now in Munich. The trip from LAX was rather uneventful. We did not get much sleep (Except Trevor for some odd reason) and we were pretty exhausted when we touched down. Camile, Kortney and Jody spent a good deal of the flight making friendships (in the bracelet context that is) We arrived in Dusseldorf and made the connection and checked in to our hotel. This place is pretty fancy. It has a sliding smoked glass door to GET IN to the bathroom. The nice beds are a welcome treat (I am eying mine right now) When we got in we took the subway into town to the Marienplatz, or town square. We ate traditional German food at the Augustiner Beer Hall. The kids sat around a huge table with mounds of sausage, cheese, and sauerkraut.  The food was great and the atmosphere was very German. Now we all off to bed before tomorrows bike tour and museum visits.  A few technology notes that you should all know. We have had lots of problems with the German phones and currently nobody has a working phone (you can call me on Chris Benard's Number if need be, I have all the phones and his is one of two that we have ready to go. Second technical problem is that my computer is not reading my camera SD cards. So for now there will be no new pictures on the Blog unitl I can figure it out. I am very sorry. Please be patient.   I hope all is well back home. Talk to you tomorrow
